Hariabari Community Clinic was closed on Tuesday (September 17) even though there was no government shutdown. The beneficiaries did not get specific services. Although there is a government rule to keep the clinic open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, the opposite picture has been seen on the ground. The main gate of the clinic is locked.
The patients who came for the service said that the authorities in charge did not open the clinic for once on Tuesday. We (the service recipients) do not know why the clinic is closed. We are deprived of certain services.
It is known that CHCP Lipi Begum is responsible for providing primary care to patients in the clinic every day. Tuesday why he did not come to the clinic! On such question, he told the mediaperson that he has taken leave. But he has not been able to show any proof of this yet. Locals complain that the accused Lipi Begum does not come to the clinic at the scheduled time fixed by the government. CHCP Lipi Begum has been accused of misbehaving with patients who come for services. Accused Lipi Begum said: All the charges brought against me are false.
