The movie will be made in a romantic comedy style story. It will be produced by Advaita Chandan, a blockbuster filmmaker like Secret Superstar and Lal Singh Chadha. However, the name of the movie has not been decided yet. According to Bollywood based media Bollywood Hungama, the shooting of the movie has already started. A source close to the production of the movie said that the first phase of the shoot has been completed in Mumbai and now the duo is shooting in Delhi. The romantic scenes between actors Junaid and Khushi are being worked on in Delhi. They will stay there for the next 10-12 days. The movie has mostly daytime scenes. So no plans were made for night shooting. Indoor and outdoor shooting is planned in the next few days. The movie is being produced by Phantom Studios.
Announcing the release date of the movie on social media Instagram, the production company said, everyone get ready, Khushi-Junayed is coming with a love story at the beginning of the year.
The movie is a remake of the 2022 Tamil superhit movie Love Today. Love Today is a movie directed and acted by Pradeep Ranganathan.
